We do edge some lenses on the premises, so certain prescriptions may be completed on the same day as your appointment.

Management
Steve Dunn is the Manager of Doctors Optical, our optical dispensary. Steve is a graduate of the University of Louisville and is in his 27th year in the optical business. He started his career with Southern Optical where he trained as an apprentice and became licensed. Over the years, Stev e managed various locations for Southern Optical. He has been with Doctors Eye 14 years. Steve is a Kentucky licensed optician and holds certification from the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry and a member of the Society of Dispensing Opticians of Kentucky.
